Formal Booking Steps

Step One (Choose tour & Submit request online)

Choose your favorite tour and click “Free Inquiry” button so that we can know which tour you are booking, Click “Tailor-made Tour” button to submit your personal request if there isn’t any tour meet your needs or if you would like to adjust any tour sold on our website. Then you'll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us within one working day.

Step Two (Receive proposal and quotation)

The updated itinerary with prices will be sent to you by email within 24 hours. Our travel consultant will also list many details in the email so that you can have a clear idea of the tour program offered.

Step Three (Change to suit, fee-free)

Fee-free change service is offered during the booking procedure if you find any thing not meet your requirements. We are pleasant to receive your feedback by email or telephone to amend the tour program until it meet your satisfaction.

Step Four (Confirm the booking and pay deposit)

Confirm the booking. Confirm to accept the tour program and price. Then pay the deposit to guarantee the booking. Early confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Important Note: Upon receiving your deposit, we'll start the process to secure the booking. The proposed hotels and flights will be available for a limited time following presentation of our proposal, but we are not able to guarantee their availability until we have secured the booking following your acceptance of our proposal. If any changes do occur, we will advise you of other options and ask for your approval before securing the booking. After securing the booking, we'll send you the confirmation and invoice for you to pay the balance to our account.

Step Five (Pay the balance and complete)

Once we received your outstanding balance, we will send you the final confirmation letter. In order for help you to do some preparation before travel to China, we will forward the welcome letter with some important travel tips to you.
